"He that lies down with Dogs, shall rise up with fleas"

"He that lies down with Dogs, shall rise up with fleas"

I enjoyed this quote from Benjamin Franklin's Wit and Wisdom From Poor Richard's Almanac because it represents life. For every action there is a consequence, good or bad. In life people do things and do not believe in the repercussions of their actions. This quote reminds me of Newton's law of motion. For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction. It sucks learning that lesson on your own and having to experience consequences that could have been avoided but I believe at the end of everything, you will become stronger from those experiences. I know I have a few days that I remember that I laid with dogs and woke up fleas. The situation is tough at the moment but a life lesson is taught at the conclusion.
